Get to know me: I’m currently a fire fighter with FRNSW. I really get fulfilment out of my job in the way that every day we can make a difference in someone’s life and I feel I can do that now by being a coach at Fitness Alley. My whole life I have had a passion for fitness and staying healthy. I grew up competing in sports all year round such as rugby, cricket, golf, athletics and swimming to name a few. I eventually came across CrossFit when I finished playing in competitive team sports. I was instantly hooked, the atmosphere and vibe of training in a group with like minded people made me feel like I was a part of a team again. The hard work you put in and the results you get out of it is just a bonus. I can’t wait to bring my passion of fitness and helping people into The Alley. I want to see our athletes reach their peak potential in having a healthy lifestyle and i want to be there helping them in achieving this.
