CrossFit JAK Juniors + Teens Holiday programs
These programs are suitable for all ages and abilities. Programs are age specific, working to individual levels and heaps of fun!
Little Peeps 5-8yrs: Intro to CrossFit Kids
Our goal with our littlest athletes is to make moving fun through games and challenges. Learning how to move and use our bodies in both a functional and fun way, this age group will learn basic movements, fun skills and how to just give it a go!
Big Peeps 9-12yrs: CrossFit Kids FUNdamentals
Suitable for all fitness levels our Kids programs are designed for everyone to learn foundation movements, get their heart rates up and develop skills in a super fun supportive session. Kids are introduced to elements of CrossFit such as rowing, climbing and gymnastics. A key element is encouraging little athletes to try challenges! We work hard, have fun and ALWAYS end with a few games.
Teen Peeps: CrossFit Teen Fit
This program is suitable to all levels of strength and fitness. Our session will include coaches taking participants through core movements and skills for CrossFit followed by a workout using these movements. Our teen participants love a challenge and we provide the goods! They will come out of this session with the skills to join our regular teen programs weekly. Teen Fit is also the perfect compliment to any sports training!
